All rollers in our haul-off units—including low-speed three-roller, high-speed five-roller, and high-speed three-roller configurations—are manufactured from high-quality alloy steel substrate, precision ground, and hard chrome-plated to achieve a final hardness of HRC58-60.

This hard chrome layer provides exceptional wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and a very low coefficient of friction. It withstands long-term abrasion from PP tape while maintaining a smooth roller surface, ensuring stable traction force, preventing product scratching, and significantly extending roller service life while reducing maintenance frequency and spare parts costs.
